As a store manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Overall responsibility for the staff

• Organisation and structuring of the working day in the store

• Prepararation of af shift schedule

• Purchasing and ordering of goods

• Documentation and reporting to the food authorities

• Ensuring a high standard of hygiene in the store
