We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded bilingual Dutch and German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Málaga, Spain

Workplace: On-site in Málaga
Start Date: 01.06.2026

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team handling inquiries for major international brands in both Dutch and German.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Recording and updating customer data in our system

Qualifications:

• Fluent or C2 level in Dutch and German (spoken and written)

• English: Communication level

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage challenging situations

• Good technical proficiency
