We are seeking a dedicated and service-minded Icelandic-speaking customer service agent to join us in Greece! 

Workplace: From our office in Athens, Greece

As a customer service agent, you’ll be part of a dynamic Icelandic team, handling inquiries from customers for a big international brand .

Your primary tasks will include:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
– Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
– Recording and updating customer data in our system.

Qualifications:
– Fluent or C2 level in Icelandic (written and spoken).
– English C1 level.
– Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges.
– Good technical skills.
