Latin Geisha — a brand-new Asian–Latin fusion restaurant opening soon in Vesterbro — is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our opening kitchen team.

What you’ll do

• Run your section with consistency and speed during prep and service

• Execute Asian–Latin fusion dishes to spec and help develop specials

• Maintain top standards of hygiene, mise en place, and stock rotation

• Support the team and communicate clearly on the pass

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie

• Sharp knife skills, clean workstation habits, and a calm head under pressure

• Passion for flavour, presentation, and learning new techniques

• Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
