Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and customer reach.

Identify catering, event, and partnership opportunities within the community and corporate sector.

Manage social media promotions and collaborate with marketing teams or agencies when needed.

Customer Experience

Oversee daily customer service operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and special requests with professionalism and care.

Train and support front-of-house staff in service standards and guest relations.

Business Growth

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Assist in pricing, promotions, and loyalty program development.

Work closely with management to set sales targets and achieve business goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality management, preferably in the restaurant or F&B industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (other languages a plus).

Ability to lead a team, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic restaurant operations.
